Verdict

This may be the biggest field of the day but it’s relatively easy to put a line through a few of these. Ange Des Malberaux arrives off the back of a win at Cartmel, however, though has a penalty and has never raced over a trip this far. Howaboutnever only won a seller at Worcester last month but has a decent strike-rate. It remain to be seen if Backoftherock can reproduce his Newton Abbot run while Blackwell Synergy’s good days are few and far between. Present Trend would have a squeak and so would Simply Blessed but we’ll take a chance on ARISTOCRACY as he’s shown a bit of improvement on the Flat since joining Fergal O’Brien and could be well handicapped.
