In depth

Verdict

Irish raider ROI DE DUBAI hasn't scored since 2019 but was back from an absence of nearly a year to post a solid runner-up effort in a Tipperary novice chase. He stays well and this rates a decent opportunity to return to winning ways with Brian Hughes booked. Havano Hermano is the form threat for a yard which places inmates shrewdly. His Uttoxeter hurdles win in May reads well but he's yet to tackle further than 2m4f over fences which sways matters in favour of the Irish challenger. Rock On Rocco ran well off a higher mark after a couple of solid wins and is probably next best but is also unproven at the trip whereas Oscar Nomination has no stamina concerns.
