In depth

Verdict

Just the four runners here and Ocean Club makes a handicap bow whilst Comedy Act stands every chance for Sir Mark Prescott but our preference is for the hat-trick seeker HOME ADVANTAGE. Although up in the weights for his most recent victory at Warwick the Roger Charlton trained colt can win here today. Richard Hughes will bring out the best in him and in this small field he should be able to take full advantage. Frameit was disappointing last time out at Kempton following a win at Lingfield. Ocean Club is untested in handicaps but has shown very little in maidens so far. Comedy Act could be the main danger to our selection having solid form of late and was perhaps unlucky to only manage third last time out at Salisbury. The trip and conditions are likely to suit Sir Mark Prescott's charge but Home Advantage gets the call in this contest.
