Verdict

We will side with Alyousufeya here ahead of Panshir, Moscow Blue and Credit. The well-bred, John Dunlop-trained selection cost 320,000 euros and showed plenty of promise at two, including on his last start on good to soft, so he has to be considered, as does Panshir, fifth in a fair maiden at Doncaster in March, while any market support for John Gosden's Moscow Blue would be interesting, although the stable's runners, in general, need their first run at this time of year. Watch the market also with regard to Richard Hannon's 90,000 guineas purchase, Credit, but, overall, the others have looked modest so far. In the final analysis, then, watch the betting market but if the vibes are right, we are happy to side with Alyousufeya.
