      Verdict

      FILAMENT OF GOLD won twice around here last summer, both from higher marks than this, so looks the one to beat as the former Germany-trained Lafilia has only shown moderate form for Archie Watson. Butterfield has never won but stays the trip and should be thereabouts in a poor contest while Oborne Lady would have an obvious chance on her victory over the trip on soft ground in May though she pulled up over hurdles last time. Street Jester is held by the selection on their run here in October though did manage to win over the course and distance on fast going earlier.
