      Verdict

This is a very tough handicap on a day of many open-looking races at Bath, but we will side with Shady Deal, but Attorney, Ridicule, Pascali and Arabian Knight among others to consider. We are inclined to focus mainly on horses drawn low in sprints at this track, which means, for us, Double M, who is well-handicapped on the best of his all-weather form, but has something to find on Turf although he a course and distance scorer; Shady Deal, who is capable of running well from his current mark; and Attorney, who has been doing well on the all-weather. The lightly-raced Pascali could also be interesting although he lacks a run this season, and Arabian Knight cannot be discounted as this course and distance winner is now back to a rating two-pounds lower than when he scored at this track. Finally, Ridicule is well handicapped based on his form of two years ago but Illusive is one of those in the field that has ever won on the all-weather. Once again, then, in a tricky contest we will side with Shady Deal.
