Verdict
Forbearing was turned over at 10/11 when facing a straightforward task in a Leicester claimer last week but this looks even easier and Martin Pipe's gelding can gain compensation here at the main expense of Rojabaa and Rolex Free. The selection has plenty in hand on official BHB ratings and need only reproduce his last time out running to win. Rojabaa is held by the selection on a line through his Leicester conqueror Zeiss and a bigger threat may come from Rolex Free. Admittedly the gelding has not been in great form of late but the six-year-old may strip fitter for his two runs this season and has to be respected at the weights. Didoe has given little sign of encouragement in three starts this term, while Southampton Joe is on a long losing sequence that is expected to continue here behind Forbearing.
