Verdict
Space Mountain scored at Wolverhampton in February but finished a long way last on his reappearance in June. He did much better when chasing home Icefall over this trip at Ripon and should have more progress in him. Saint Thomas won here on soft ground early last month and completed a double at Leicester. He couldn't handle faster going and a rise in class at Pontefract next time but this isn't the toughest of races. Taurian has only won on Polytrack and didn't run well when fancied at Chepstow last month so the vote goes to JAN DE HEEM. Tina Jackson's charge won three times last summer, all over 1m2f, but he's scored over this trip and can see off the threat of Dry Your Eyes, whose only victory to date came on heavy going here in May 2014.
