Verdict
Fast ground lover Noble Pasao will be all the better for his reappearance at Leicester three weeks ago when in need of the outing, and will be fancied to add to his previous course and distance victory here. Graft, a very close second on his final start, also at Leicester, last October, has his first run of the current campaign, but may need more cut. Stablemate Trouble Mountain also gained his last victory on the soft at Doncaster in August, so a bigger danger may be Intricate Web, who was being prepared for the Cambridgeshire before picking up a toe problem. He was well down the field on his return to turf at Nottingham, but is a lot better than that and can reach the frame at least.
