SAVE THE BEES continues to perform with real credit without getting his head in front but he's well worth another chance after a fine effort when runner-up to Daruband at Newmarket last month. He handles all ground types and can make the most of the 5lb he receives from another consistent performer in Lockantanks, a meritorious third behind Eastwood Ho at Doncaster last time. He also ties in closely with topweight Lady Chaparral on their Carlisle running last month and there should be little between them here. Moheebb was a close-up third in that Carlisle contest and Ruth Carr's consistent gelding should be in the mix once again.
