Franksalot, A Big Sky Brewing and Bert's Memory are the three against this big field, with Franksalot taken to score again in a race he won last year. A maiden winner at Pontefract last year, A Big Sky Brewing resumed winning ways when scoring at Wolverhampton last time, when sporting blinkers for the first time. He is five pounds higher here and is attempting to defy top weight, but with the blinkers on again he is respected. At the other end of the handicap, Bert's Memory has a selling handicap and a class seven race to his credit on his most recent start, but he should not be dismissed. As one of the few horse in form and receiving weight all round, he can go well at a nice price. Franksalot took this race last year and won twice subsequently. However, he then endured a losing run which has brought him down to the emark he won off here last year. An eye catching staying on third last time at Kempton suggests Franksalot can defy an outside draw and take this.
