In depth

Verdict

Sixhills turned in sound first effort in a fair maiden at Pontefract and should improve for the step up in trip, while Kaparolo should also do better at this distance, although his future looks to lie in handicaps. The filly No Question has been a beaten favourite in her last four outings and may not be one to place too much faith in, although this trip may see her in a better light. The vote goes to Michael Bell's grey colt Shabernak, who did himself no favour's last time by pulling too hard. Proving he settles better here, he should make no mistake.
