Verdict
Franksalot, Jazzy Millennium and Ziet d' Alsace are three against the field in a tough handicap and the tentative vote goes to the last named. The selection has dropped to a handy mark and now she has dropped back to her best trip with conditions in her favour she is taken to go well at a price. Jazzy Millennium rates the main danger on his latest third behind Doctor Dennis and with the step up in trip sure to suit he will not be far away. Franksalot is another worthy of respect despite top weight on his best form but he was a well beaten last behind Quantum Leap last time and he may be in the handicappers grip. Of the remainder Mister Clinton shaped as if returning to form when third behind Londoner last time. He is better off at the weights here with that rival and is another that could go well. Londoner again has conditions to suit but has ran as id the handicapper has caught up with him on his last two runs, so in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Ziet d'Alsace.
