In depth

Verdict

Modest fare and little makes strong appeal but a chance is taken with NEW RICH returning to something like his best form. He is a confirmed hold-up horse who will need gaps to come at the right time for his apprentice pilot and he's yet to get his head in front on this surface. However, he's down to a mark of just 53 on Turf and would go close if producing his best. Indian Affair arrives in decent heart and should give this a good shot off top weight while Blessed To Impress, Impart and Aragon Knight could all take a hand if rediscovering previous form. The former of that trio makes most appeal with Nicola Currie a good jockey booking.
