Verdict

KNIGHT WOODSMAN finally took advantage of his tumble down the weights when scoring easily at Hexham last time. He has a 14lb hike to contend with but won off a similar mark last year and can go in again. Cool Star unseated behind the selection last time but St Gregory dotted up at Hexham with Solway Dornal and Alba King filling the places. He should be in the mix once again and makes more appeal than Shady Sadie, who finished closer last time having slipped down the handicap.
