Verdict

Little to choose between a few but the win of MAC TOTTIE at Worcester in June has been franked by the runner-up and the selection was far from disgraced under a penalty when third to Court Dreaming at Perth. The additional quarter of a mile should be in his favour and he can return to winning ways with the champion jockey a rare booking for the yard. Ofcourseiwill ran into a useful one last time and the consistent McCain gelding should be competitive, likewise Maureen's Star, a recent Perth winner with no stamina issues after scoring over 3m the last day. Fact Of The Matter is hard to assess as he hasn't been seen over timber since the spring of 2016.
