Verdict

Local trainer Jimmy Moffatt makes life tough for punters by running four, of which three are course and distance winners. Lough Kent and Golden Town make most appeal but Olly Murphy's French import, CANDY BURG, is preferred to both. The gelding landed a trio of successes in his homeland last year and shaped with plenty of promise after a break of over 300 days when filling the minor placing at Uttoxeter this month. Improvement should be forthcoming and Gina Andrews is booked. Innocent Touch is a rare raider here for Henry Daly and is respected as such, whilst Wells De Lune has a decent chance of following up last month's course and distance success.
