NonRunner

In depth

Verdict

A tightly-knit affair with a few pounds between most of the field. Kajaki is interesting towards the foot of the weights as he's only had a handful of runs since joining Nicky Richards in 2019 and remains feasibly treated despite being raised 3lb for his Perth runner-up effort last month. NO COMMENT makes the trek from Somerset and ran far better than his recent seventh position at Aintree suggests. That was a good race and he's been dropped 3lb for the run to a mark of 127. He hasn't won since 2017 but will benefit from the drop in grade. Fleeting River was presumably warming up for this on the all-weather recently and remains a hurdler of promise who could be ahead of the handicapper, He's a big danger, while Blakeney Point and Native Fighter also have claims.
