A low draw helps here and Mick Slates has the favoured inside berth but he was a bit disappointing at Ayr on Monday following his victory at Doncaster last month. Liliargh made a promising debut here before landing a Redcar maiden and though beaten a long way on her handicap debut at Carlisle she's better than that. LUCKY MONEY landed a Wolverhampton maiden in September and didn't reappear until last month when a good third to I'm So Glad at Windsor. With that under his belt and another furlong to travel he can get back to winning ways. Mick Channon was responsible for the winner that day and saddles Serene Oasis this time. She won a C&D maiden on soft ground in October and returned to form on fast going at Lingfield at the end of last month and is still reasonably treated. Tortoni has produced two fine efforts recently though both have come on fast going and he was well beaten when last tried in soft conditions while Boots And Spurs has never raced on soft ground.
