Verdict

Roxanne Mill will find this much easier than recent ventures and is taken to beat Sir Ernest and Queen Of Night. The eight-year-old has been slipping down the weights following a long losing run but has been showing signs of a form revival. His recent third at Nottingham off a big weight was most encouraging and dropping to claiming company for the first time maybe just what he needs to return to winning ways. Sir Ernest was most disappointing at Pontefract last time but had previously chased home Hello Roberto in a valuable event at Chester and must come into the argument today. Queen Of Night is at the top of her game with victories in two sellers on the all-weather and if she can show the same enthusiasm back on the turf she should also figure in the finish. Of the others, Beyond Calculation a stable companion of the selection, is also worthy of a mention, but Roxanne Mill has a touch of class and is taken to oblige.
