Verdict
Colonial Girl is steadily getting the hang of things and can land this prize ahead of Bibury Flyer and Nee Lemon Left. Tim Easterby's filly did well on the all-weather at Southwell last time when chasing home Chilly Cracker and also performed with distinction on two previous occasions on the turf. Today's event doesn't appear to be the strongest of maidens and Colonial Girl looks set to go close. Bibury Flyer is proving quite frustrating for connections, but has shown plenty of ability against decent opposition, including Lady Filly and Right Answer, she will be a tough nut to crack. Nee Lemon Left could prove best of the others, but does need to show further improvement. So on form it appears to be a two horse race and we will plump for Colonial Girl.
