      Verdict

      Tasty Ginger scored over hurdles in November and was placed over 1m4f at Kempton last time. He’s preferred to the other winning hurdlers Perspicace and Hazariban. Pinwood popped-up at 25/1 recently and steps up in distance off a higher mark and Burning Heat also attempts today’s trip for the first time on his handicap debut. Captain Swift won over 1m6f at the end of last year and has placed in both subsequent starts but BRACKEN BRAE (NAP) was beaten only a nose in a higher grade handicap over track and trip last time and Mark Tompkins’ mare gets the vote on that form.
