    Verdict

    The Hannon yard has a good record in this trial at Newbury though LOG OUT ISLAND is one of a host of Godolphin entries in the 2000 Guineas. Last year's Two-Year-Old Trophy winner at Redcar steps up in trip but has plenty in hand with stablemate Palawan on these terms though Tasleet shares the same rating as the selection. The latter won a valuable sales race at York in August and has leading claims having also placed in Group races. Knife Edge was third in a classified event at Kempton on his recent reappearance but has some improving to do to figure in this company.
