In depth

Verdict

Both of Par Three's recent victories have come in the Channel Islands and he was beaten three lengths at Wolverhampton before that. Brown Pete hasn't won since 2012 and steps up in trip while though Roughlyn was placed over a shorter trip here that came between a couple of woeful efforts. Guising and Call It On are even harder to recommend so a token vote goes to VIRNON to make a winning handicap debut over this longer trip as he won a couple of bumpers at the end of last year.
