Verdict

EXCEEDING POWER has gone close at the track on a couple of occasions since scoring at Lingfield last month. He looks sure to be in the mix once again. Dream Spirit finished ahead of Big Time when fourth at Wolverhampton and drops back down a grade while Van Huysen should be sharper for last month's reappearance at Lingfield. Hernando Torres is upped in class and Captain Lars recorded his earlier double in plating races.
