Verdict
Mister Chiang has been beaten over shorter trips since scoring over today’s distance at Bath with Done Deal well beaten. The latter has run poorly again subsequently while Early Summer’s success at Lingfield came over a marathon trip of 2m4f. HOULTON won over course and distance back in April and found only the progressive Distant Chimes too good at Wolverhampton last time. The latter has won again subsequently and Marco Botti’s yard is in good form at present.
