Muraaqeb won over track and trip last week and carries 5lb extra. But CAT ROYALE wasn’t far behind in fourth and given John Butler’s charge scored off a higher mark at Lingfield last year, he gets the vote to turn the tables on better terms which include an apprentice’s allowance. Foxrush Take Time, Ronni Layne and Herringswell all finished further behind Muraaqeb last time but Murhib went close again at Kempton last month having won at the same track back in March. Hidden Dream is usually in the mix at this level but has just the one success in 20 attempts.
