Verdict

Legal Glory can get the better of Hot'n'Holy and Lord Jay Jay in an intriguing novice chase. A winner at Chepstow and Worcester in novice hurdles last season, Hot'n'Holy was found out on other occasions and although representing the champion trainer Paul Nicholls he may go off at a false price on the basis of what he has actually done and he is opposed. Lord Jay Jay has an advantage over his rivals in that he has significant experience over the bigger obstacles and also has a win to his credit in a maiden chase at Fontwell last time. He is worth considering and looks set to run his race. Legal Glory won twice over hurdles and justified favouritism when scoring on his fencing debut at Worcester in impressive style. Brendan Powell's string are in fine form and Legal Glory can rule supreme.
