In depth

Verdict

Wiff Waff goes for the hat-trick raised a further 5lb and is impervious to the state of the ground. He has won off higher marks in the past and has a 7lb claimer on board today so can’t be ignored. Essaka is starting to look well treated but Wild Flower was due to have a first run for Shaun Keightley at Kempton yesterday. Mansfield could threaten the places but DAVID’S BEAUTY makes more appeal. The seven-year-old is something of a course specialist and, though high enough in the weights at present, may well record a sixth victory on the track if she gets to the front.
