Verdict

Abbeygrey has won three times over fences and could be interesting from near the foot of the handicap but ROYAL TARA will have benefited from his comeback third at Ludlow, his first run since May, and may be better suited by today’s surface than a few of his rivals. Recent Wetherby winner Moving In Style warrants respect, however, and The Ogle Gogle Man arrives on a hat-trick. Heluvagood placed here and at Taunton either side of a win at Exeter and Bears Rails is starting to look well treated but the handicapper refuses to relinquish his grip on Barbrook Star. Alminar should have more to offer and is preferred to Camron De Chaillac of Nigel Hawke’s pair.
