      Verdict

      Devil's Island gets the confident vote here with Archie Glenn and Inka Dancer the pair we fear the most. The selection is a well-bred type from the Sir Mark Prescott and in what looks a fairly moderate contest he could be the answer. Archie Glenn was a little disappointing on his first two appearances on the racecourse, but he showed an improved level of form last time when fourth behind Wazir at Goodwood and if he can keep that progress going then he could go well. Inka Dancer was slowly away on her debut but recovered to stay on into third behind Bahamian Magic, and she showed enough that day to suggest she could be up to winning races. She should go well here and is the one most likely to profit if there is any slip-up from our selection. However, if the market provides the right vibes then Devil's Island could be capable of making a winning debut.
