Verdict
A weak looking opener can probably be taken by MAY BE SOME TIME, while Arctic Mirage is a danger and Sluggsy Morant an interesting debutant. The selection was perhaps outfaced with a tricky task in a good race of its type at Sandown last time and won't find that strength of opposition here. Fast ground and the minimum trip should suits and we will side with him. Arctic Mirage has had just the two runs to date and improved for his Windsor debut back at that venue last time. If that upward curve continues as expected then he is a serious player here. Sluggsy Morant represents Henry Candy, who does well with his sprinters, and this one's pedigree looks decent, so despite suffering the unkindest cut prior to his debut he may go well. Miskin Diamond has a nice enough pedigree and with the yard among the winners lately, she would be more interesting if backed, though preference is for May Be Some Time.
