JAUNTY FLYER has run well in all three starts over hurdles so far and is the one to beat in this with trip and ground in his favour. The Sweeney is probably the danger as he was third behind a couple of potentially-decent novices over course and distance earlier in the month, though Victarion had some decent form in bumpers last term and should do even better over hurdles now stepping up in trip. Doctor Haze ran well for second here last month and is another who will benefit from a more searching test of stamina, though he’ll need to bounce back from a poor run at Leicester.
