Verdict

Indian Edge goes from strength to strength and should go close to landing a five-timer, however we will take a chance with Lockstock, Welsh Whisper also has to be considered a live danger. The selection had been a bit in the doldrums before putting in an excellent effort last time out. He finished just over three lengths behind Indian Ridge in that Bath contest and is four pounds better off this afternoon. He has shown very goos form here in the past and taking that into account we think he can reverse the running with the likely favourite. Welsh whisper comes here in winning form having beaten Dexilios in a banded contest at Wolverhampton. He ran really well when last seen on the turf on similar ground to today's and he should be capable of reaching the frame. Threezedzz and Golden Square are two others worthy of a mention, but Lockstock looks to be on his way back to his best and he gets the vote.
