      Verdict

      Soldier In Action failed to cope with a 7lb rise for winning at Doncaster when only fourth at Sandown recently. It remains to be seen how Cape Of Glory handles a 6lb rise upped in class after scoring at Southwell but Zzoro makes some appeal on his narrow defeat at Newmarket last month. RED VERDUN looked unlucky when beaten only a short-head at Doncaster last time as he was hampered in the closing stages. He’s fancied to go one better stepping up in distance for this. Ronnie Baird won maiden race at Ripon recently but So Celebre and Antioco may improve past him.
