        Verdict

        The Trader won nicely at Beverley when allowed to make all but is penalised for that success. SPIRIT WARNING looks to have enough pace to keep tabs on Mark Johnston’s charge if the same tactics are employed today and he gets the vote to go one better having just missed out at Epsom last time. Gabrial The One finished closer here last time without looking like winning and further improvement is expected while jockey bookings suggest Sevenhillsofrome, a half-brother to winners in France, is preferred to Wild Edric of the Dascombe newcomers.
