Verdict

Island Cloud has been going well on Turf and the all-weather but is 9lb higher than last successful. Lady In Question is only 2lb higher than when scoring on soft going at Doncaster on her reappearance. She’s a model of consistency but this extended 7f might just catch out Richard Fahey’s filly. HIGHLAND PASS (NAP) didn’t take to the all-weather over the winter but won her maiden on fast ground over track and trip last year and looks very well treated back on Turf with the booking of Franny Norton, who rides this course as well as anyone, a positive. Finale and Maureb could also figure granted luck in-running.
