Porchy Party was third over course and distance off this mark two runs ago and can probably be forgiven a poor effort over further next time at Haydock, though doesn’t have a particularly good draw. MIDSUMMER KNIGHT has only won once but has been placed in 11 of his 14 career starts. Slightly hampered when failing to confirm earlier Newcastle running at Windsor last time with Cowboy Soldier, he has every chance in this from stall three. Angel Force, Billy Dylan and Fool For You were all close up behind Koditime at York last month and the former has since finished second at Redcar. Feebs didn’t handle fast going at Beverley last time so is best watched unless there is significant rain.
