Another wide-open sprint handicap here and the main players look to be Funfair Wane, Talcen Gwyn and Methaaly and the vote is given to Funfair Wane. The former Ayr Gold Cup winner is thrown in on his best form and won well last time out when making all to defeat Katie Boo. That rival boosted the form by winning easily on Monday and with ground conditions in his favour he should be hard to beat. Talcen Gwyn rates the main danger on his latest third behind Katie Boo but on a line through that horse he has a little to find with the selection. Methaaly is another that could go well as he beat Dasheena last time out. However that was in a claimer and this is much tougher but he does have the plot draw. Of the others, Blessed Place and Silly Gilly are game and consistent but they look in the handicappers grip at present and the rejuvenated Funfair Wane looks the one to be on.
