Verdict

Neo Smart, beaten a neck on heavy going over this trip at the Curragh, didn't make the expected progress over an extra furlong back there next time. She finished just in front of JENNI, who was well supported for her debut. Paddy Twomey's filly is very speedily-bred and can gain compensation. Byzantine Empress showed very good pace at Dundalk and should get involved while One Cool Cookie was only beaten a length into fourth on the same track. Glamorously also has plenty of pace in her pedigree as does Bonbon, a half-sister to a two-year-old Group 3 winner, while Moral Turpitude is a half-sister to three winners up to 7f and out of a winning sprinter.
