Verdict
Pollen reappeared with a narrow victory in a Group 3 here on opening day but a penalty makes life tougher for Tommy Stack's charge and third-placed Latin Love has a fair chance of reversing the form. Aidan O'Brien runs three with Famous, whose effort when runner-up in the Moyglare Stud Stakes is the best form on view, likely to prove best of the trio though she was beaten a long way behind Lady Springbank on her reappearance at Leopardstown. Runner-up that day and producing her best-ever performance was DUCHESS OF FOXLAND, who has progressed throughout her career and looks perfectly capable of landing a Pettern race success.
