In depth

Verdict

Blackgold Fairy easily landed a Dundalk maiden in February but didn't have much chance behind Mendelssohn in a Listed contest there the following month. HENCE is taking time to lose her maiden tag but she's been running well and her first venture into handicap company could have the desired effect. Her close fourth in a Naas Listed race earlier this month is the stand-out form. Terzetto easily won a Dundalk maiden but an opening mark of 94 has done her no favours and though Wisdom Mind would have to be considered on her victory here a couple of weeks ago all of her races to date, including when trained in France, have been on ground with plenty of give. Dianthus, who won a Naas handicap, couldn't cope with Group 3 company at Leopardstown but this is her class so she can go well.
