    Verdict

Aidan O'Brien has won the last five of these and has three entries. MOGUL started favourite for his debut over this trip at Gowran but had no answer to Geometrical, who had the benefit of two earlier runs. A full-brother to Japan, he'll have come on markedly for the run and should go one better. Nobel Prize is a full-brother to the brilliant Highland Reel so could be anything while Shoshone Warrior cost E300,000 and is a half-brother to Group 1 winner Astaire. Shekhem made a very promising debut here then gave supporters of Ballydoyle's odds-on Innisfree a fright at Galway so he's unlikely to go down without a fight while there are plenty of well-connected newcomers engaged in what should be an informative contest.
