2010 was the last time a favourite obliged in this famous old handicap. Lord Of The Land looks likely to start the jolly this year having been backed down from 25/1 ante-post. He landed a double in France for Andre Fabre last year and debuts for David O'Meara on his first start since September. Ryan Moore gets the leg-up on recent Wolverhampton winner Bravo Zolo while Heaven's Guest was ahead of stablemate Rene Mathis when winning the International at Ascot last year and the latter went on to beat Richard Fahey's third runner, Farlow, at Goodwood. UDODODONTU also went close in the Britannia at Ascot before winning at Meydan in January. He finished runner-up in a tough handicap at the latter track in February with the other Godolphin runner, Secret Brief, back in third and may prove good enough in this. You're Fired just got the better of Storm Rock at Nottingham in November, Mutarakez showed progressive form last season and Express Himself ended last year with a win at Haydock. Ocean Tempest won this off a higher mark in 2014 and is partnered by Frankie Dettori today.
