        Verdict

Soft going may have been a legitimate excuse for Educator’s poor effort at Epsom while Aimeric has had a breathing operation since last in action and beat Wor Willie at Ayr in September. HASTY SAILOR failed to win last year but a neck defeat at Newmarket last time suggests he won’t be long in getting his head back in front so Sir Michael Stoute’s charge gets the vote. Australian Angel hasn’t been at her best so far this season and Wandering Rocks disappointed at Hamilton a fortnight ago.
