        Verdict

        Bollin Greta was poor last time and whilst she may bounce back today, a better bet looks to be SOCIETY VENUE who only lost out narrowly last time at Newcastle. A head was all that sepereated the selection and High Ambition last month and with the step up in trip fancied to bring about more improvement he just edges the vote. Mustajed may need a softer surface to be at his best but he should run better now back up in trip, however a bigger danger may be Royal Flynn who didn't shape too badly at York last time and is now 5lb lower in the handicap. Bollin Greta looked to have loads in her favour last time out at Ripon but she flopped; perhaps she didn't really handle the undulations there and might be happier on this track off a 2lb lower mark. Annambo needs to bounce back from his last run, whilst Sporting Gesture is now looking dangerously well-handicapped and connections landed a touch with stablemate Gala Sunday at Pontefract on Monday. He needs a market check, however it is top-weight Society Venue who is marginally preferred.
