Verdict
La Persiana, Beauchamp Star and Magic Amigo are all capable of winning this type of event and we will side with the former. Willie Jarvis's filly improved to chase home Mystical Girl at Thirsk back in May, the winner has continued to boost the form in subsequent outings giving the selection very strong claims. Beauchamp Star was up against it in a Goodwood handicap last time but had previously run well in two decent maidens, if the ground isn't against her she should be in the shake up. Magic Amigo turns out quickly after chasing home Daytime Girl at Chester five days ago and once again should at least reach the frame. Of the others My Paris looks up against it at the weights but is a gutsy performer and shouldn't be under estimated, however La Persiano does appear to have the best form credentials and gets our vote.
