Verdict
Best Before put up a promising display on his debut and he can score here from Paciano and the improving Bahamian Belle. Despite not being particularly well drawn the selection should still be too classy for this bunch of moderate performers based on his debut effort at Brighton where despite running green finished to good effect and went down in a few shrewdies' notebooks as one to follow. Clive Cox has brought Paciano along steadily and there was much to like about his effort last time out at Nottingham. It is interesting Darryll Holland keeps the mount and he warrants the biggest danger to the selection. Bahamian Belle is blessed with a decent draw for this contest and two runs this season should have blown away the cobwebs. He is expected to run a big race but may have to wait another day to lose his maiden tag.
