Verdict
This looks a good opportunity for Wetherby runner up Averse to go one better at the expense of Sea Laughter and Meldrum Meg. That event was back in November, First Harmony took first prize but the selection was always moving nicely and just tired in the closing stages. The experience will stand her in good stead today and she will take all the beating. Sea Laughter also returns from a similar lay-off, having not raced since finishing second to Fairy Skin Maker at Ayr. Meldrum Meg boasts the best recent form, she wasn't beaten far behind Icy Blast at Wetherby earlier this month. Some top stables are represented by debutantes, Paul Webber sends out Little Chartridge and Tim Easterby runs Moon, money for either of these could be significant. So a very open looking event but we will give the vote to Averse.
