Verdict

Barathea Dreams can take this at the expense of Murashah and Retirement. Stan Moore's charge has looked progressive in the past, can handle trip and going, and is much better in here than if this were a handicap. Goldophin four-year-old Murashah has had his training setbacks and Saeed Bin Suroor has reported him as being nothing out of the ordinary. The maiden he won at Nottingham has not worked out too well and we will keep a watching brief here. Retirement has looked a useful type for Mark Tompkins. The trainer has been inch perfect in his placing of the seven-year-old and with a little cut in the ground, all is set fair for a good run. Oddsmaker won well at York earlier in the season and is back after a race on ultra-fast going at Royal Ascot. Cripsey Brook is dropped back in trip having competed at ten furlongs. Barathea Dreams gets our nod.
